Launch of the tenth generation of Inca and Fujifilm UV inkjet flatbed printers
C!Print Madrid exhibitor FUJIFILM is launching the new Onset X series , which includes a range of significant enhancements, including increased print speeds and higher machine productivity. These improvements are available on the Onset X HS models in the range and provide an automatic job make-ready time of 30 seconds and print speeds of up to 1450m2/hr.
Recent enhancements include automatic job setup times of just 30 seconds. Key setup tasks on the Onset X HS have been fully automated, reducing job setup time from 15 minutes to approximately 30 seconds. This results in significantly less operator intervention and improved printer availability and uptime.
In addition, Onset X printers are extraordinarily reliable, achieving 90% uptime.
Increased Print Speed : The new Onset X HS model offers speeds of up to 1450m2/hr, an improvement of over 50% compared to the Onset X. This improvement is achieved with the introduction of a new 'single cycle to 2 pass' print mode and a new high performance Uvijet OX ink.
The Onset X HS's productivity has also been further optimized thanks to available automation enhancements. It offers a range of partial and full automation options for any type of display, point of sale, or corrugated application.
The Onset X Series generates higher print quality at higher speeds than any other UV inkjet printer, consistently maintaining this performance throughout its lifespan.
