Digidelta boosts DTF printing productivity and stability with the new TxF330-800

Digidelta, Platinum sponsor of C!Print Madrid 2027, presents the new Mimaki DTF printer, designed to increase productivity, improve print stability and optimize textile customization.

Digidelta , Platinum sponsor of the eleventh edition of C!Print Madrid , to be held from January 12-14, 2027 at IFEMA Madrid, is adding the new Mimaki TxF330-800 to its product offering. This Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer integrates advanced automation features and increased ink capacity for longer, continuous production runs.

Designed to deliver stable, high-quality textile decoration in demanding printing environments, the TxF330-800 combines automated maintenance systems, increased white ink capacity, and advanced features to optimize workflows.

Longer runs with greater stability

With a production speed 1.5 times faster than its predecessor, the TxF300-75, the TxF330-800 is ready to handle extended print runs thanks to its expanded 16-cartridge ink system. Up to eight white ink slots allow for a capacity of 4 liters, while Mimaki's Uninterrupted Ink Supply System (UISS ) enables cartridge replacement without interrupting production.

The printer also incorporates Mimaki Feed Tension Technology (MFT), which improves film transport without applying additional tension. This feature reduces the risk of misalignment during high-speed, long-duration prints, helping to maintain accurate and consistent image quality.

To increase productivity, the printer incorporates rotary cleaners that facilitate printhead maintenance and minimize ink splashing during cleaning. Meanwhile, MCT2 ( Mimaki Circulation Technology ) helps prevent blockages in the ink supply system that could affect performance.

Greater color fidelity for textile customization

The expanded color gamut includes Sky Blue and Pale Pink inks, which allow for more vibrant colors, smoother gradients, and more accurate color reproduction. These features are particularly beneficial for applications requiring high color fidelity, such as workwear and corporate merchandise.

The new inks are ECO PASSPORT certified and come in an eco-cartridge designed to reduce environmental impact. Furthermore, compatibility with a wider range of DTF films offers greater flexibility for printing professionals.

"Performance and productivity were key factors in the development of the TxF330-800," says Arjen Evertse, sales director of Mimaki Europe.

"This new printer directly addresses market demand for robust, high-speed DTF technology and further demonstrates our commitment to customer-centric innovation in this market. It is the latest addition to a series of practical and innovative solutions from Mimaki that help print service providers maintain high print quality during longer, more efficient, and cost-effective production runs."
Digidelta will present the new solution at C!Print Madrid 2027

The TxF330-800 will debut at The Print Show and Viscom Italia before arriving on the Spanish market through Digidelta, who will present this solution at the eleventh edition of C!Print Madrid, from January 12 to 14, 2027 at IFEMA MADRID.
