ASEIGRAF and LEGALTOR sign a strategic agreement to facilitate international contracting in the Andalusian graphic arts sector

The Andalusian Association closes the strategic collaboration agreement

The Business Association of Graphic Industries of Andalusia, ASEIGRAF, and LEGALTOR Abogados & Recruiting have signed a collaboration agreement that will allow associated companies to access, under preferential conditions, specialized international recruitment services and legal advice in this area.

The agreement was born out of the growing difficulty in filling certain qualified positions in the industrial sector. Through this alliance, member companies will be able to hire workers from Latin America with comprehensive support that includes, among other things, recruitment and selection of personnel in their countries of origin, management of work and residence permits, visa processing, and legal advice throughout the entire process. Exclusive benefits for members include discounts on recruitment and immigration services, priority in the selection process, and the possibility of pooling resources among companies to optimize costs.

Furthermore, the agreement establishes a permanent communication channel between ASEIGRAF and LEGALTOR to facilitate personalized service for its members. This direct support will ensure continuous monitoring of each process and help companies in the graphic arts sector meet their growth and professionalization challenges with greater guarantees and legal backing.

ASEIGRAF values this agreement as a strategic tool for strengthening the competitiveness of the Andalusian graphic arts sector, providing its members with real solutions to the shortage of certain technical profiles, while LEGALTOR consolidates its position as a strategic partner in international recruitment with full legal certainty. With this initiative, ASEIGRAF reaffirms its role as an essential interlocutor and support for companies in the sector, fostering collaborations that provide effective solutions to current labor market challenges. The association thus continues to advance its objective of contributing to the development and modernization of the Andalusian graphic arts industry through alliances that promote talent, legality, and the creation of quality jobs.
