Epson, exhibitor at C!Print Madrid and a world-renowned manufacturer of imaging technology, announces the Launch of the SC-V4000 A1+ UV Flatbed PrinterThe new SC-V4000 10-color printer, which joins Epson's successful range with the SC-V1000 and SC-V7000 UV flatbed models, meets the demand for greater productivity, image quality and ease of use in the growing A1/A2 UV flatbed printer segment.
The SC-V4000 is perfectly designed for businesses operating in limited spaces, offering significant productivity improvements while optimizing space efficiency. It delivers enhanced image quality with crisp text reproduction, making it ideal for printing high-quality, personalized items such as artwork, photography, and signage.

Key features of the Epson SC-V4000 include:
- High color reproducibilityUsing 10 UltraChrome UV inks (CMYK, Lc, Lm, Gy, R, W, Vr), the V4000 expands its color palette and allows for enhanced gradation and reduced granularity. The printer can reproduce high-definition text, clearly printing details as small as 2 pt, ideal for copyright and complex designs.
- Maximize production in limited spacesWith an A1+ size, the SC-V4000 can print two A2 (18″×24″) items simultaneously. Utilizing three PrecisionCore printheads with 400 nozzles per row, the new printer achieves a high print speed of 300 dpi, enabling efficient three-layer printing (white, color, and varnish) simultaneously.
- Greater ease of useThe SC-V4000 is designed to simplify operation and maintenance, allowing users to manage daily tasks such as gantry movement, nozzle checks, ink refills, and replacement of excess ink tanks from the front. The automatic media height sensor and jam detection system improve operational efficiency by preventing printhead stops and reducing downtime.
- Application versatilityThe SC-V4000 can print on objects up to 200 mm thick and, by using the DTFilm UV film, can handle curved and difficult substrates.
