Innovation in large format, UV, textiles and personalization to boost the profitability of the printing business
Roland DG will once again be a major focus of attention at C!Print Madrid, which will be held from January 13 to 15 at IFEMA. The company is preparing a particularly comprehensive stand where visitors can discover new solutions designed to improve productivity, expand application offerings, and boost the profitability of printing businesses.
As every year, C!Print Madrid is establishing itself as the showcase where trends are defined and the technologies that will shape the industry are tested. This year, Roland DG will take the opportunity to present recent innovations alongside iconic machines that continue to lead the way in demand.
The TrueVIS Series and UV technology, stars of the space
Among the most anticipated solutions will be the TrueVIS Series, which incorporates two key innovations: the XG-640, Roland's most productive eco-solvent printer/cutter to date, and the XP-640, the new printing model geared towards large volumes and tight delivery times.

Innovation for textile decoration and personalization
As a particularly striking new feature, the following will be demonstrated in operation: DIMENSE DA-640, a water-based printer capable of generating three-dimensional textures, a technology that is arousing great interest in the interior design, art and premium signage sectors.
Textile professionals will be able to closely examine the TY-300Roland DG's Direct-to-Film solution stands out for its consistent results and speed in the production of customized garments.
Desktop printing: more compact, more accessible
Roland DG will further strengthen its commitment to object personalization with the VersaSTUDIO Series. Visitors will be able to see the BN2-30which combines printing and cutting in a compact format, and the new BD-12A desktop UV printer designed for businesses looking to diversify their catalog by personalizing items without large investments or dedicated spaces.
For industrial environments, the stand will include three reference pieces of equipment:
- EU-1000MF, a large format UV solution for the production of large runs of panels and rigid applications.
- LO-300-F2capable of printing objects up to 242 mm in height and even parts with complex geometries.
- MO-180, an advanced desktop UV model that expands printing possibilities to cylindrical objects and difficult materials.
Digital ecosystem and automation
In addition to the hardware, the brand will showcase its platform. Roland DG Connect, designed to optimize the performance and maintenance of the equipment; PrintAutoMate, the cloud solution for automating workflows with templates; and the latest version of RIP VersaWorks 7.

Workshop to delve deeper into relief printing
Roland DG will also be giving a workshop entitled “DIMENSE DA-640: textures that can be seen and felt”, on Tuesday, January 13th at 4:00 PM in the Business Bar & Conferences.
During the session, Cláudio Candido, a specialist at DIMENSE, will explain how this technology breaks the limits of digital printing by adding volume, texture and emotion to each design, analyzing its value proposition and its profitability potential.
For his part, Robert Sim, Product Specialist at Roland DG, will showcase his most creative side through real-world applications in murals, commercial decoration, art, and retail.
In addition, some Roland DG Authorized Dealers will be showcasing models such as the TrueVIS VG3-640 and the VersaSTUDIO BD-8 at their booths, expanding the brand's presence at the fair.
