Truyol Digital and the art of connecting with consumers through packaging

Original packaging proposal by C!Print's exhibitor specialist

Packaging is a key element in any brand strategy. And Truyol Digital knows this. The leading digital printing company and a regular exhibitor at C!Print Madrid, provides its clients with all the tools they need to differentiate themselves from the competition and increase their sales.

Success story: COxCREA

He already demonstrated this at the last edition of C!Print, where he collaborated in the COxCREA area by designing POS and packaging for the fictional beverage brand "Cruzcactus," with great success:
The possibilities for packaging are endless, and the creative specialist gives us a series of examples to inspire communication and branding campaigns:

Packaging icon

A novel packaging template will always be more effective than a conventional shape. In many cases, it becomes a packaging icon when the public associates the brand exclusively with that box shape . Take Toblerone, for example, which uses an ingot box.

Digital printing adds value to packaging and provides relief and a metallic effect.
We're used to associating tea and spice brands with organic, flexible packaging. This polygonal-based tea box from Truyol Digital stands out for its premium style , enhanced by its shape and digital gold-printed finish . This packaging template , of course, is adaptable to many other products.

Decontextualize packaging

Another effective way to impress consumers and stay in their memory is to decontextualize the packaging. This vintage- designed brick box is a surefire way to engage and entertain the recipient.

Packaging CPrint Madrid Truyol

Packaging printed on sustainable Invercote Creato paper with a sand-based coating that mattes the box and gives it a pleasant texture.
This packaging is designed for the variety of items in a gift and design shop, including stationery, building blocks, a mug, or any other gadget; but it could be a real twist for any brand that decides to change the shape of its packaging . The design also reinforces this decontextualization , as, as is typical, dairy companies tell their story in the cartons.

Boxes with original openings

They're a great choice; they enhance the product by generating emotion in the consumer , as if they were unveiling something very special, much more so than if they received it in a standard box. This box with a cross-lock closure, designed for a supposed men's accessories brand, looks like a luxury case.

Box printed on Metalprint, a metallic paper that has been opaqued by applying white ink with reserves and CMYK and matte lamination.
Metalprint reserves have been reinforced with a 2D selective varnish finish to enhance the shine and give the typography a little volume.

Design matters a lot

We already know the importance of neurodesign for successfully reaching millennial and centennial consumers. To illustrate this point, Truyol Digital has simulated a brand of designer socks, a very fashionable product that maintains traditional packaging. They are typically presented with a band that leaves the product exposed, which allows for limited creativity, relegating the brand to the background, making it difficult to differentiate from other similar brands and achieve brand relevance.

Box with Kraft support and white ink to hide the colorful insects.
In this case, the double box was chosen ; its mechanism is ideal for products presented in pairs.

Don't forget the facing

It's about taking into account the shape or structure of the packaging according to its placement on the shelf so that it's fully visible, viewed head-on by the consumer. Consider the case of spaghetti: presented in flexible packaging, it lacks sufficient strength to stand upright and is often placed flat, obscuring all visibility of the packaging and, therefore, of the product. Packaging is a key element in any brand strategy and must be visible in any position.
CANDY BOX

Packaging CPrint Madrid Truyol

Box printed on Metalprint support to metallize the finish.

This candy box has enough space to stand up and be visible on the shelf, supported by its striking metallic colors. This Truyol Digital packaging will not only stand out on the shelf, but will also surprise consumers with its shape and opening mechanism.

Packaging for special occasions

Important dates, such as a brand's anniversary, the launch of a new product line, or a limited edition, are communicated by changing the usual packaging design.

Wood simulation printed on white corrugated cardboard.

This box with a lid and handles is designed to ship a batch of products from a fictional organic food e-commerce store. Corrugated cardboard packaging, primarily intended for protective packaging, can and should be beautiful— unboxing is one of the best ways to promote a brand. Far from the company's conventional shipping box with the logo printed on the raw material, this design has been created that preserves the brand's organic character but is dressed up for the occasion. The food company has launched a line of stimulants such as coffee, tea, and cocoa, along with organic spices from around the world, which is why the box has been personalized with a customs seal that integrates the brand's logo.
The box is ideal for transporting and unpacking your order, and can even be reused as a storage container or basket. This design is guaranteed to be unboxed !

Special Christmas packaging

Seasons of high consumption are approaching, and packaging is dressed up for the occasion, whether it's Christmas, the sales, or Valentine's Day . Creative packaging templates, a packaging Premium packaging or simply festive designs are the three options to effectively highlight and communicate the campaign.
Christmas is one of the holidays when connecting with our target audience is a must. Nougat, Christmas carols, and decorations are the prelude to reunions, emotions, and gifts. That's why brands develop specific packaging to offer their customers a more special experience.

The Truyol Digital ball box and the house box are two seasonal packaging styles that, in addition to being original, inspire interaction with the recipient thanks to their dual function of hanging them on the tree. Without a doubt, it's a unique way to present a gift that transports us back to the joys of childhood.

Christmas Edition

At this time of year, consumers expect the holiday edition of their favorite brands. It's the same product dressed up in a different way to connect with consumers and create a shopping atmosphere.

This six-bottle beer crate is made of corrugated cardboard , which is more durable than folding carton paper and can support up to 6 kg. In this case, the original Kraft packaging has been kept and personalized with a more elegant image in white ink, one of the Christmas colors.
Packaging is a key element in any brand strategy, and Truyol Digital offers endless possibilities for connecting with consumers. They also offer a wide variety of packaging templates and the largest catalog of special finishes and inks to personalize and add value to the packaging.
