The new DTRX integrates printing, powder application and curing into a single 80cm wide industrial system
The exhibitor GRUPO FB MAQUINARIA is participating again in the new edition of the C!Print Madrid 2027 trade fair., which will be held from January 12-14, 2027 at IFEMA Madrid.
Unlike other printing solutions that adapted DTG to the DTF format, Brother DTRX integrates industrial roll-to-roll into a single systemwith a print width of 80cm. Furthermore, during the process it incorporates the adhesive powder and ink applicator, to finally through the curing unit-oven fix the image.
As a result and thanks to its maximum resolution of 600x1200ppiThe resulting images are high quality, durable, and have bright colors.
On a technical level, the DTRX incorporates printheads with automatic internal ink circulation inside the printhead and a "wet-wiper" cleaning system that keeps the printhead in optimal condition. It has a total of four printheads (CMYKx2 / White x2). The inks comply with the OEKO-TEX certification, which guarantee that the products and pigments used are safe and comply with ecological sustainability.
From the 10” color LCD touchscreen You can access the machine's controls, and it also includes Ethernet 1000Base-T and USB 2.0 Type A connectivity.
